Dan’s early exposure to the development aspect of real estate sparked a lasting interest, leading to his acquisition of a Salesperson License approximately 7 years ago, followed by obtaining his Broker’s License. During his tenure working on the development side, he was able to obtain high quality contacts across all professions. He is an esteemed member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and is currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Property Management (CPM) designation through CAR.
